Amanda and Rob | Downtown Norfolk Portraits

A beautiful portrait session in downtown historic Norfolk.

Amanda and I had planned for me to capture Rob’s fly-in homecoming, but one thing led to another, and it ended up getting postponed a million times. If anyone knows military life, this is normal. So, we waited for Rob to come home and scheduled an evening to just get some pictures of the two of them in the Freemason District! We could have asked for a more perfect day, or better light around the pagoda and old buildings.

Amanda and Rob have a great sense of style. I suspect that may be more from Amanda than Rob? I can’t knock, some men do know how to dress well. Either way, they showed up looking all kinds of cute. They were up for the walk around the district, so we hoofed it from the Pagoda toward Cure, and on to the Botetourt Foot Bridge. They danced around the water, and laughed with each other. I don’t know anything about being a military wife, but I know I would miss Mark if he was away from me months on end. Amanda and Rob just seemed happy to bask in each other’s presence, and let us capture the emotions.

Keep scrolling to see more from their loving session! Enjoy.
