We're both old souls with a love for fresh adventure. As Washington DC wedding photographers, we use a mix of film and digital photography to document love stories in the DMV area and around the world. We strive to capture significant moments in an artful way, treating each wedding day as if it were our own. We call the east coast home, but we are excited to travel anywhere for your wedding day.

The Film Theory Workshop | the Tudor House in Washington DC
Basically, I’ve fallen in love with the art of film photography. It means something to me, much more than a bunch of pixels. There’s also just this inherent emotional quality to it. Maybe it’s the grain, the way more details are retained, or maybe it’s just plain old magic, because it can’t be recreated with a digital image.

They danced around the water, and laughed with each other. I don’t know anything about being a military wife, but I know I would miss Mark if he was away from me months on end. Amanda and Rob just seemed happy to bask in each other’s presence, and let us capture the emotions.
